Staples brought me on board to completely revamp their B2C staples.com website. I was responsible for the full visual/UI redesign of the home page, SKU (product) pages, shopping cart and post check out pages on desktop and mobile. I was also responsible for the revamp of the Buy Online Pick Up In Store feature and Add to Cart to Check Out flow and process. I also designed the Special Offer Admin tool.

Staples was facing an issue with high drop off rates of users once they entered into the check out funnel. Through research we found that the very 'browsing through to checkout' process itself was flawed. Staples was also experiencing lower than expected Back to School sales, an unexpected lack of use of the extremely nuanced (on the operations side) Buy Online Pickup In Store feature and generally low engagement of site visitors. After the revamp and as I rolled off the contract we were already seeing a massive bump in visitor interaction and duration of stay, sales and BOPIS orders.
